Onsite estimates are available at a fee of $45 (deducted if work is performed). Repairs can be done at your home or office at $65 per hour plus parts. Or off site usually within 48 hours at $45 per hour plus parts. Parts offered will include full warranty provided by the manufacturer. If an upgraded part is comparible in price or slightly higher it will be offered as a replacement of damaged part. The repaired unit is fully tested for servicability once repaired. Used parts may be requested and will be installed if available. Free pickup and delivery is offered if within 15 mile radius of Washington, DC.
You bought it and you want it installed. No problem, on site or off site. (See Repair section above) Anything can be put into just about any box however some choices are less expensive and more reliable or easier to install. If you haven't already purchased, perhaps you would benefit from an estimate. Often conflicts occur if devices or software are installed improperly.
Upgrades are performed off site and usually are completed within 48 hours. The hourly rate for upgrades is $45. Parts used for upgrades may be new or used or provided by you ar your option. For information as to what can be done with your system please email specific information about your system (make, model, cpu, bios, memory type and amount, current configuration and operating system) along with your wish list of desired upgrades.
Consultation is done by appointment. Rates are flexible depending on travel. Six to eight hours are billed as six at $65 per hour. Consecutive days are billed at $45 per hour with a three hour mimimum.
Personalized group or individual training is offered on a variety products. Please request information on your group or individual needs. Prices vary depending on group, product, and level of training required.
Needs assessment is provided at an hourly charge of $65. Written reports are an additional 1/2 hour charge. Equiptment diagnosis can be done in your office/home or on a turn-around basis(24-36 hours in most cases) Equiptment diagnosis is done on site at $65 per hour and off site at $45 per hour.
Networking services are provided onsite/modem/phone at a fee of $65 per hour. Please be prepared with a set of problems or instructions for discussion.
